   Shaylene Bekker joined Eltekon in August of 2001. She serves as Director of Eltekon Insurance Agency. In this capacity she provides management services, analysis and solutions for Eltekon clients. She brings an extensive background in the employee benefits field after spending four years with Principal Financial Group as Senior Marketing Specialist.
   
   Shaylene also serves as Director of Operations for Eltekon Securities and Eltekon Advisors, where she is responsible for firm and advisor licensing and registrations, compliance coordination, continuing education, account maintenance and sales agreements.
   
   She attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX where she received a B.B.A. in Management. Currently she resides in Cedar Park, TX with her husband, Brian and son Carson.
