   Born in Denmark, Ole was educated and worked in the electronic industry in Denmark, Sweden and Norway until 1983 when he joined IKEA, first as Human Resource Director in Denmark then as Project-Store Manager in England with responsibility for new store establishment.
   
   From 1993 to 2004, Ole worked for Bang & Olufsen, the high-end Danish audio & video manufacturer.
   
   The first 3 years as Managing Director in Spain, then 2 years as Managing Director in the International Sales-Marketing & Retail headquarters in Brussels followed by 6 years as President for Bang & Olufsen America.
   
   In January 2005, Ole established Linstol USA, LLC in partnership with Peter Woolhouse.
