   GEORGIA INTENDS TO DISCUSS WITH AZERBAIJAN THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE ADDITIONAL GAS AND DIFFERENT ENERGY RESOURCES

   Bezhuashvili in his turn said that the discussions in Baku in the context of energy security centered on further cooperation and interactions between the two countries, as well as within GUAM, for establishment of perspectives of transportation of energy resources from the Central Asia to Europe, and use of transit capacities for provision of a security of Azerbaijan and Georgia for long-term perspectives."We spoke about an idea on establishment of a Transatlantic energy concept, Bezhuashvili said. He underlined that he regional conflicts should be resolved on common international principles, including inviolability of borders and territorial integrity of the countries. The Georgian FM said that Georgia intends to discuss with Azerbaijan the transportation of the additional gas and different energy resources. Along with the Georgian Minister, the Energy Minister of this country is also on a visit to Azerbaijan to hold talks with the relevant bodies of Azerbaijan.

   We decided to simplify border regime between Azerbaijan and Georgia. First of all we need technical bases for such change. And we have such opportunity in "Qirmizi Korpu" border station. We also intend to simplify customs system in border stations. Legislations of the two countries are working in this direction, said Mr. Bejuashvili.
