Myles Nicholas Bejar

Myles Nicholas Bejar, ACFF president and dean of the Silliman University College of Law, said the international speakers are Dr. Rita Pullium, UBCHEA (New York) vice president; Dr. Betty Abregana, associate director of ACHEI in Hong Kong and former acting president of Silliman University and St. La Salle Psychology Department head; and Dr. David Fleming, chaplain of Hong Kong Baptist University.

Dean Myles Bejar of the SU College of Law will discuss the rationale of the activity and will facilitate plenary sessions along with Arts and Sciences Dean Carlos Magtolis.
