   Rupert-Alexander Beitz a 94 year old Rupert resident passed away February 12, 2003 at Minidoka Memorial
   
   Hospital Extended Care.
   
   Al was born August 31, 1908 in Johnstown, Colorado the son of Conrad and Euginia Beitz. He married Rowena Novotny October 30, 1936 in American Falls. They later moved to Rupert in 1936.
   
   Al was a milk hauler, he leased Chad's Mobile Station until it closed, he sold cars for Hanzel Cheverot Motors, and in 1956 he purchased a farm in Paul and lived there until May of 2000. He and Rowena then moved to Warren House in Burley.
   ...
   Al was the last of his sibling. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and especially visiting with his friends and reminiscing about the past.
   
   He is survived by numerous nieces & Nephews.
   
   He was preceded his wife, parents, his son Conrad, six brothers and three sisters.
   
   Funeral services will held 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor David Poovey officiating. Burial will follow at the Rupert Cemetery. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8:00 PM at Hansen Mortuary Rupert Chapel.
