   Gerard P. Beitel is Vice President, Operations of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Beitel spent over 25 years at Citicorp serving in numerous Credit, Operations, and Technology capacities developing and implementing new systems and managing phone centers both for consumer and corporate customers globally and domestically. Most recently, as Director of Citicorp Credit Services/Director of Collections, Mr. Beitel managed 4,000 employees located in 13 centers around the U.S., restructured the organization to significantly reduce the $200 million expense base, and launched an independent test center to validate strategies and best practices.
   
   Previously, Mr. Beitel was Division Executive of Citibank's International Correspondent Bank and Branch Services, after service as its systems head for five years. Among Mr. Beitel's other positions with Citicorp/Citibank was Group Systems Head for the Financial Institutions Group.
   
   Mr. Beitel completed The Executive Program at the University of Virginia, Colgate Darden Graduate School and received his B.A. in History from the City College of New York. He served as a First Lieutenant in the Military Police Corps.
