   Steve Beiser is a Member in our New Orleans office. Since 1989, he has practiced labor and employment law, exclusively representing management interests. His primary area of concentration is employment litigation. In addition to his litigation experience in state and federal courts, Steve's practice includes commercial litigation and regulatory law. He has represented individual clients and trade associations before the Public Service Commission and various other administrative agencies, and governmental entities.
   
   Steve has been a contributor to the journal HRNews, which is published by the Society for Human Resource Management.
