   Mr. Beiser is a Senior Managing Director and member of Houlihan Lokey's Board of Directors.His responsibilities include managing client projects, valuing closely held businesses, designing and pricing complex securities, developing new business opportunities and new products, analyzing mergers and acquisitions, specialized assets, and contingent liabilities.Additionally, he is Director of the firm's Engineering and Construction Group; and co-author of the ENC Reporter.Mr. Beiser has specialized expertise in general financial advisory alternatives including corporate acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged recapitalizations, and ESOP financings.He is a frequent lecturer on engineering and construction company valuations, and mergers and acquisitions.
   
   Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Beiser was a senior financial analyst at Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company, where he supervised the budget and forecasting department.
   
   Mr. Beiser earned both his B.S. and M.S. in finance from the School of Business at California State University, Northridge.
