   Regional Fraternal Marketing Coordinator Karen Beiser, Davenport, IA, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, and an MBA from St. Ambrose University, Davenport. She has worked in the education field through St. Ambrose; Clinton Community College, Clinton, IA; and Defense Information Services Agency, Rock Island, IL. Her extensive experience in developing and presenting training seminars, creating marketing tools, and managing an 11-state territory is invaluable as she works with RNA camps/chapters and field personnel to promote the Society and its social mission.
   
   Her affiliations and community involvement include the American Society for Training and Development, DavenportOne Chamber of Commerce, Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, Graduate Student Government Association, AmeriCorps, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program.
