   Editor's note: Stan Beinstein has been vice president of advertising at WDST (100.1 FM) since 2004.His late wife, Rosalie, did most of the poster art for the Mid-Hudson Civic Center and The Chance in the 1970s and early 1980s and her posters appear in the Journal courtesy of The Rosalie Beinstein Fund at the Community Foundation Of Dutchess County.What follows are some of his memories on the 30th anniversary of the civic center.
