   Ingo Beinlich is the founder of CIDAR Health Care LLC in San Mateo, California. Cidar works with new ventures in health care and advanced information technology. Current projects include patient compliance management, tools for real-time portfolio and knowledge management, and the encoding of clinical trial results.
   
   Prior to founding Cidar, Dr. Beinlich was a principal advisor with Coopers & Lybrand European pharmaceutical group in London. He founded one of the first electronic data capture companies now trading as Datatrak ("DATA") on NASDAQ. Dr. Beinlich is licensed as an anesthesiologist and has a masters degree in Medical Computer Science from Stanford University.
