Ken Beinar is vice president, land development for The Kemmerly Companies.He is responsible for subdivision planning, development and build-out for The Kemmerly Company and Miramonte Homes.He is also a member of the senior management team.Beinar has more than 40 years of development and building experience.Before joining The Kemmerly Companies in 2001, he worked in site, development, construction and project management for homebuilders such as A.F. Sterling Homes and Richmond American Homes.Beinar holds undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Physical Science, and a master's degree Guidance & Counseling Psychology.
