   This summer, they will be going on an Alaskan cruise, which Lauri earned. She also likes quilting and gardening. He enjoys carpentry, woodworking and hunting.

   This week's Cook of the Week, Lauri Beilke, a busy wife and mother of two, is getting ready for the Humboldt County Fair. Her daughters, Shelby and Kiersten, pictured above with Lauri, are both involved in 4-H, an organization that the whole family enjoys. Lauri is leader of the Corinth Red Stars 4-H Club, of which both girls are active members.
