DR. BEILIS
Dr. Gene Beilis was educated at Long Island University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Pharm. D, and a Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science. Born in Russia, and came to America at the age of 4. After his education he frequently travels to his Russian Lab to develop unheard of technologies.
His lifelong goal has been to develop products that offer a real benefit and can make a difference in people's lives. Dr Beilis began his career at Proteque International, where, as a partner, he was instrumental in developing the world's only non-steroidal product for the treatment and prevention of irritant and allergen contact dermatitis. From there he created Utopia Cosmetics, a private label manufacturer and developer of personal care products. In 2000, with many years of scientific expertise behind him, Dr. Beilis set out to achieve his goal and founded Beilis Development, where he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.
