   President Ray Beil is a Life Director and Life Spike with the National Association of Home Builders. He has been awarded membership in the Kentucky Home Builders Hall of Fame and has served as President of the state association and local association. He received "Builder of the Year" award twice. Ray served the community as a city councilman, member of the planning commission and has recently served as President of the SouthBank Partners organization, taking the lead in re-invigorating the river cities of Dayton, Bellevue, Newport and Covington.

   Over 50 years experience in construction of design/build and residential projects. As president, he manages the company and, through an annual work program, directs the future of the company. Mr. Beil's affiliations with professional and social organizations include: Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati; Life Director and Life Spike of National Home Builders Association; Past President (1990), State Director and Vice President/Treasurer (1989) of Kentucky Home Builders Association; Past President of Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky; former member of Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (1978-1984); served on the Northern Kentucky and Kenton County Municipal Planning Commission (1972-1996); National Representative and Chairman of National Association of Home Builders Custom Homes Committee. The Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky in 1978 and 1982 (the only time this award has been given to the same individual twice) awarded him "Builder of the Year". Mr. Beil received the Builder of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Kentucky in 1991. He was also elected 1992 Chairman of the National Commercial Builders Council and a member of the National Association of Home Builders Executive Committee. Mr. Beil is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Southbank, a regional economic develop initiative, and was recognized this year as the Frontiersman of the Year, which is annually given to a Chamber of Commerce member exhibiting leadership in service to the community.
