Mr. Beier is a Project Coordinator with NRS, Inc. and is responsible for overall inspection on bridges.He is a highly respected inspector and has over forty-nine (49) years experience in the engineering field.He has attended educational and testing courses at Oklahoma State University, Rose State Bridge Inspection Training, Oklahoma Quality Initiative, Civil Rights Laws and Regulations and ODOT Risk Management Training.

Mr. Beier has a great deal of experience with ODOT including serving as the Material Lab Manager Instructor for the ODOT Statewide Material School as well as the coordinator for the school.He was also Assistant Branch Manager for the ODOT Perry Residency and Supervisor over all construction projects including county bridge projects and county road projects.Mr. Beier also served on the Division 4 Safety Committee with ODOT.

Mr. Beier is listed as a member of several professional organizations including: ACCCO, OMCA and AGC / Association of Oklahoma General Contractors.
