   Judy Beier, outgoing president of the Sequim Association of Realtors, said 2002 saw home prices in the Sequim-Dungeness market jump 15 percent compared with 2001's prices.

She graduated from the University of Kansas in 1959. A past president of Sequim Association of Realtors, she was a real estate broker and founder of a real estate company, Judy Beier Properties. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and SunLand Country Club.
