Los Angeles - Lowe Enterprises, Inc., the national investment, management and development firm, announced today that Marshal A. "Skip" Beck, Jr. has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lowe Enterprises Residential Advisors ("LERA").LERA administers a $150 million residential investment program on behalf of a major public pension plan.

Mr. Beck joined LERA when it was formed in 1995.Since then, he has been responsible for developing LERA's underwriting procedures, investment structure and documentation, and banking relations.Mr. Beck's new position reflects his expanded responsibilities for oversight of LERA's investment managers and production.Prior to joining Lowe, Mr. Beck was Treasurer of Warmington Homes, where he arranged over $1 billion of equity and debt financing.Previously, he was Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank's Real Estate Industries group.He earned his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.Mr. Beck resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Cindy, and children, Maddie and Cece.
