Michel Beaulne is a chef with a prestigios international reputation in the world of gastronomy.He went on to initiate the programme now known as Québec Regional Cuisine.Developing and using the finest products of local Québec farms, the idea has now become the basis for a network of fine restaurants throughout Québec.Among many awards, Michel has been given the Order of Exceptional Merit, and the title of Commander of the Art of Preparing Food and of Savoir Faire, the latter personally bestowed on him by the Premier, Robert Bourassa.

Louise has received her own accolades, named a "personality of the year" by Entreprendre Magazine and applauded as the founder of the Women Chefs Association of Québec.
