    Dr. Beaulieu completed his medical school at McGill University in Montreal and then did his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training, including additional training in echocardiography, at University of Montreal.He then went to complete a 2-year fellowship in multidisciplinary Critical Care at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

    Dr. Beaulieu is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at University of Montreal and is practicing as a cardiologist - echo cardiographer and intensivist at Hôpital du Sacré Coeur de Montréal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.He is Director of the Bedside Ultrasound Curriculum.Dr. Beaulieu has published multiple articles and book chapters on the topic of Bedside Ultrasound in the Intensive Care Unit.Dr. Beaulieu has produced a full curriculum on the Use of Bedside Ultrasonography in Critical Care that he is teaching to intensivists and other critical care specialists at a national and international level.
