   Joining me to talk about it is the man we call the guru of gadgets, Matt Bean, associate editor for Men's Health magazine, all around good guy, helps us with this kind of stuff.
   
   Matt, I've got some of these phones here. I mean this doesn't look very much different than the stuff that I have in my house right now. I mean these look just like regular phones. This doesn't look too complicated.
   
   Mr. MATT BEAN (Men's Health): There's nothing rocket science about it.

   Mr. BEAN: Well, a lot of these services aren't quite up to par with some of the traditional, what they call plain old telephone services, but they're getting there and some of the two best services are actually AT&T's Call Vantage and Vonage's phone service have gotten really good phone ratings with consumers thus far.

   Mr. BEAN: Well, if you're somebody that uses the phone all the time, you're going to end up saving a lot of money.

   Mr. BEAN: Well, that's one of the best little wrinkles to these services because it's an Internet-based phone, you can plug in anywhere around the world.

   Mr. BEAN: Well, they are in and a lot of them are getting in the game like I said AT&T's got Call Vantage.
