Nancy Beam, Project Manager, Access Project will work on the implementation of the Phase 4 program, including development of a supply chain, training programs, partnership management, and managing project schedules, budgets, and contracts.Nancy has worked with international humanitarian organizations in the developing world for over seven years.She recently returned from a two-year assignment as a Clinical Officer for the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs in Rwanda, where she focused on expanding the role of nurses at the clinical and national policy level.Nancy has collaborated with NGOs and coordinated activities with government officials from village to ministry levels throughout Africa as a public health team leader, program manager, and volunteer.Nancy received her Master of Science degree from Columbia University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
