Mike Beam, Controller, received a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in (1977) after attending the University of Texas at Austin for two years.After spending three years in public accounting, he became controller of an active operating/prospect generating company.In 1989 he established his own accounting practice and continued to work in the oil and gas industry performing joint interest audits and general accounting work.As controller of Ameritex, he is responsible for all accounting functions.
