John's nonprofit management experience spans 12 years at the helm of some of the nation's most respected orchestras, where he earned a reputation for fiscal stabilization and innovation in programming.John's arts administration work culminated with the Buffalo Philharmonic, where he authored and implemented the landmark business plan that reversed decades of decline and provided the foundation for that orchestra's recent growth and development.
