Robynn Battle - Director of Academic Affairs

Robynn Battle comes to norcalDJMPA Team as an academic consultant.With a background of 14 years in Public Health research and Education/Curriculum development, Robynn works with the norcalDJMPA team and instructors in the development and implementation of the DJ and music production curricula.

Robynn took up the art of DJing in 1999, developing her sound -- which is heavy with Underground Garage (aka UKGarage), 4-to-da-floor, and a whole host of "other stuff."Robynn currently belongs to two DJ collectives: the female DJ collective Witches Brew, and the three-guy-one-girl collective Collection, and holds residencies with Berkeley's Jupiter Beatdown Thursdays, Kingman Lucky Lounge's FreeFlo Fridays and @ the Oxygen Bar.By day, Robynn serves as co-principal of a small research consulting firm, CAMI Consulting, and after-hours she moonlights as a DJ.
