Marco Cid Bascur is Head of Implementation and Evaluation, which oversees project implementation, follow up and evaluation.He is responsible in setting up the performance feedback mechanisms as a means to markedly improve implementation and foster organizational learning at a systemic level.His primary interests revolve around public innovation, government accountability, welfare systems and local governance.Marco holds a Masters Degree in Public and Social Policy and a Bachelors degree in Political Sciences.His Master's dissertation, published by the Barcelona Municipality, addressed different models for municipal organization and administration.He has worked exclusively in the public sector at both the regional and municipal level, performing project coordination and evaluation functions.At the regional level he was responsible of supervising all projects financed through the National Regional Development Fund for the Los Lagos Regional Government.Marco was also responsible on coordinating different public investment programs, applying for national government grants and updating regional investment programs.Before joining the company, he was in charge of overseeing projects for the Castro Municipality.His functions included the design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of projects and development programs funded through the National Investment System.
