"We've seen a lot more people coming in for cold medicines and cough drops and things like that," said Wendy Barton, pharmacist, Bernie's Pharmacy.
But even though there are plenty of products out here if you're looking for Sudafed or another decongestant containing pseudoephedrine, you won't find it on this side of the counter -- instead, you have to go to the back.
"There's ah, that's we keep all of our pseudoephedrine products and we also keep iodine down in there.Because it's also used in the meth-making process," said Barton.
Barton says back in February the pharmacy began taking measures to fight the growing use of meth in Anchorage and one way was to limit access.
