BAILEY BARTONof San Marcos currently has a private law practice specializing in Elder Law and serves on the Advisory Board of the CAPCO Area Committee on Aging.He also serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Edwards Aquifer Authority representing Hay County.He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Hays County bar Association.Mr. Barton mobed home to Texas in 1994, after living in Ohio, where he was awarded his law degree from Capital University Law School and devoted many years to developing his expertise as an Elder lawyer.He is certified as a Texas probate Court Attorney Ad Litem.Mr. Barton preceded his legal career with a twenty-two year career in the area of environmental engineering, as the Corporate Vice President for Health, Safety and Environment and as a corporate director.
