Dr. Mary E. Barton

Mary E. Barton, PhD, is serving as Program Director.She is responsible for developing programs, coordinating with program sponsors, media/marketing and overall project management.Contact Mary at maryb@orangecountyreads.org.She has spent nearly ten years as an educator, teaching management and marketing to both undergraduates and graduate students at the university level.After receiving tenure as an Associate Professor of Management at California State University, Northridge, Dr. Barton joined the faculty at CSU, Long Beach, as both professor and Conference Coordinator for the College of Business.At CSULB, she directed a major international conference of business executives from the U.S., Europe, and Asia.She also served on the leadership team of the Long Beach Reads One Book project.
