Andrew Barton- Guidance Councillor
Andrew Barton, a native of Southern Ontario, has had a great deal of experience in Education and Education Management.He has worked in the E.F.L. and private education industry in South Korea for over 8 years; Teaching E.F.L., T.O.E.F.L., and A.P. History.He then moved from teaching to education management as the South Korean Director of Human Resources for a Multinational Educational Institute.During his time in North East Asia he traveled extensively in Korea and Japan and his favorite vacation destination: Hong Kong.
Andrew has also taught E.S.L. in Canada and has worked at Trent University's Bata Library as a Bibliographical Research Assistant, for the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, and at a middle management level for a major department store retail chain.
Andrew holds an Honors Degree in History and Philosophy from Trent University.He has also studied Feng Shui at a collegiate level.
Andrew is TAIE's guidance counsellor and as part of the administrative team.
