Kathy Bartnick, Operations Manager
Kathy Bartnick brings over 15 years of human resources and consulting operations experience to ACF Solutions.She creates and manages ACF Solutions policies and procedures and administers company benefit programs.Kathy works directly with each employee to ensure that they successfully assimilate and grow within the organization.She also plans and organizes company-wide team building and training programs.
After attending George Mason University, Kathy began her career in the health care industry.She developed expertise in many aspects of back-office administration working as an office manager and then benefits manager.Kathy then moved to the consulting industry as an operations manager.In that role, she was responsible for human resources, finance, accounting, benefits and recruiting.She brought those important consulting administration skills to ACF Solutions.
