A donation this size will mean a lot, said Abby Bartley, community specialist for the American Cancer Society.

"This is a very nice donation," she said."For a single group of people working together, this is huge."

Donations have come from almost everyone who walks through Jacobs' door and many of these people have been affected by cancer.

"It's like every person who has donated knew someone with cancer," Goad said.
