Ms. Bartlett is the head of the Firm's Tort Litigation and Business Sections.Ms. Bartlett is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.She is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national trial attorney organization whose admission requirements include trial to verdict of more than 25 jury trials, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Ms. Bartlett is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, The United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and The United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Ms. Bartlett has lectured extensively on litigation and insurance law matters for a wide variety of conferences and industry organizations.She has served as an adjunct professor in trial advocacy at the Southern Methodist University law school and as a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).She has appeared on television programs, addressing litigation and insurance-related issues.
