Joining us in August of 1998 , Chuck brings with him a wealth of experience in acquisition and development , asset and construction management as well as a recognized expertise in leasing.He has forged close ongoing relationships and has closed transactions with a number of diverse national and regional retailers.
Prior to joining Watt , Chuck owned a commercial real estate business and has been afiliated with several prominent developers.He received his undergraduate degree from California State University , Northridge and a masters degree from Pepperdine.Additionally , he is a graduate of numerous Dale Carnegie courses , IBM Sales Management Course , Xerox Series I & II , and holds a certificate in construction management from UCLA.
