Before joining The Secura Group, Mr. Bartlett worked for an investor group that was formed to purchase failing banks in Texas.He served as a key member of the investor group's acquisition team.The acquisition team helped to assemble a five billion dollar regional banking franchise that was ultimately sold for 2.4 times book value.Mr. Bartlett also has regulatory experience stemming from his three year tenure with the Texas Department of Banking.
