   Professional Experience Tom focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs). Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked mainly in-house representating transportation, energy delivery and wireless communication companies handling a diverse range of matters, including the acquisition and sale of commercial property, leasing of retail and commercial/industrial space, leasing and purchasing cellular communication sites, and the acquisition and granting of public-utility easements. He also has experience handling sale and leaseback transactions, acquisition financings and refinancings.
