In addition there will be new opportunities for Johnson Controls in residential controls," Barth said.
York and Bristol Compressors, owned by York, will be integrated into the Johnson Controls company.As of now there are no plans to discontinue the brand names of any York product, which includes Bristol, Coleman, Luxaire and others.
"Johnson Controls has had growth for 59 years now.I expect that trend will continue," Barth said.
