Solomon Associates is pleased to announce that on October 1, 2004, Mr. Joseph F. Barth will be joining our firm as a Senior Consultant in our Performance Improvement Consulting group, based in Dallas, Texas.Joe recently retired from a long and distinguished career with ExxonMobil.

Joe brings with him a wealth of experience in PIMS linear programming models, best practices for operational planning and linear programming, and business and capital projects evaluation.He is recognized worldwide as an expert in his field, presented papers at many public forums, and worked with various governments on issues involving the petroleum and petrochemicals industries.
