Mike Bartel joined The Trust Company of Oklahoma as a vice president in July 2002.Bartel has more than 25 years experience in trusts, estate planning, investments and banking.He previously was a personal trust administrator for Bank One in Tulsa.He holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and has completed the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.He has served as secretary and a director of the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and holds Series 6 and 63 NASD designations.
