   Profile : Ms. Barsanti is an accomplished Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer with state-or-the-art expertise in World Class Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), Preventative Maintenance Program, and Cost Justification Projects.
   
   Prior to establishing Del Rio Barsanti, Inc. Ms. Barsanti served as a Manufacturing Engineer with Precision Scientific, Inc., Corporate Industrial Engineer with Trailer Train Company and Illinois Tool Works, Cortron Division. She served as project Engineer on a variety of work simplifaication assignments, developed corporate quality stanards, procedures, instruction manuals and directed the planning and set-up of a state-of-the-art World Class Manufacturing Opertion including Statistical Process Control, Government Safety and Regulatory Requirements and other quality related programs.
   
   Ms. Barsanti has provided workshops, seminars and on-site training in the areas of ISO 9000/QS-9000, Internal Auditing, Total Quality Management (TQM), Blue Print Reading, Metrology, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). These courses have beenconducted in both English and Spanish to Office as well as Production personnel. Ms. Barsanti has assisted companies in documenting quality Manuals, Procedures and Work Instructions. Ms. Barsanti has served as Facilitator/Consultant for companies who wish to have their quality system become ISO/QS-9000 registered, has successfully lead many companies in attaining ISO/QS-9000 Registration and conducts ISO 9000 Quality System Audits (GAP) Assessments).
   
   Ms. Barsanti has worked with formal registrars in conducting registration and readiness audits for many companies throughout the United States and Central America.
   
   Certified Instructor inThe Crosby Quality Education System Certified Instructor in MEK (predetermined time measurement system) ISO 9000/QS-9000 & ISO 14000 (Environmental Standard) Instructor Blue Card Holder in MEK, 4M and MTM1 Past President and Director of the Institute of Industrial Engineers RAB Certified Quality System Lead Auditor.
