    In 1997, Jimmy joined Barry Real Estate Companies as a member of its Development team. Jimmy has managed the development of approximately 1,750,000 square feet of Class A office in 8 projects in Atlanta, Dallas, Charlotte, Florence (SC) and Orlando, and Nashville. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the development process including site selection and acquisition, contracting and monitoring all project design, construction and engineering team members, financing, and overall budget accounting and reporting. Jimmy's current projects include the Pinnacle at Symphony Place, a 530,000 square foot, 29 story office tower in Nashville, and representing Barry Real Estate in its Joint Venture with Atlanta Beltline Inc in the development of the northeast corridor of the Beltline in Atlanta. Prior to 1997, Jimmy worked for Wilson & Nolan as a Leasing Associate marketing over 500,000 square feet of office space. Jimmy graduated in 1992 with a BBA in Real Estate from University of Georgia and in 1997 with a MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
