I found Greg Barron to be knowledgeable, attentive to detail, highly professional and very respectful of design goals the client and I were trying to achieve.When questions about design intent came up Greg asked questions rather than acting on assumptions.This carried through to his job foreman, Bill and his crews.He was always cheerful in his dealings with me and my client and very patient in explaining procedures and pricing to the homeowner.Greg was prompt in dealing with the inevitable glitches and problems that arise during any construction project.His willingness to be part of a team effort - listen and offer suggestions, not ultimatums, were invaluable in making this project a success.

We first meet Greg in October of 1995.He was recommended by both friends and local real estate agents.We signed a contract for building our home in December of 1995.Greg made some major improvements in our basic design.He obtained permits in a very expeditious fashion and was very helpful (and saved us money) on septic and road installation.He demonstrated excellent skills in a wide range of the construction process.Design, siting of the house foundation work, roofing and siding were all done by Greg.

Throughout the building he was very available and maintained a positive attitude.
