Mindy Barrett returned to Ehlers & Associates in September of 2006 and currently is a Tax Increment Financing Coordinator in our Lisle office.She is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of tax increment finance eligibility studies and redevelopment plans.

Prior to joining Ehlers, she worked as a Program Manager for the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association and most recently, she served as the Director of Finance for an environmental consulting firm.

Education: Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Administration from the Governors State University and Masters of Science degree in Public Services Management from DePaul University in Chicago

Mindy Barrett is the Director of Finance and Marketing for Eubanks & Associates, Inc.Prior to joining Eubanks & Associates, Inc., Mindy was an Analyst for Ehlers & Associates, Inc., an Independent Financial Consulting firm.She also worked as a Program Specialist for the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association (SSMMA).In that capacity, she was responsible for program administration and project management, such as the Industrial Revenue Bond Pool, SSMMA Regional Bond Bank, Clean Air initiatives, and the South Suburban Stormwater Strategy: A Plan for Watershed Management effort.Mindy also served as the Legislative Liaison to the Illinois Governmental Finance Officers Association - South Metro Chapter.Mindy received her B.A. degree in Public Administration from Governors State University and an M.S. in Public Services Management from DePaul University.
