Richard has 25+ years experience in the software industry.Richard started his career with such prestigous software companies as Xerox, Oracle and Wells Fargo.He has since served as VP of Engineering of Engineering and CTO with several companies before running Tartans US operations.

At Yesmail, Richard has the responsibility of ensuring that all Yesmail platforms are stable as well as enhancing both versions of this leading email marketing software.Richard has been with Yesmail for 2 years architecting and developing software.During his time with Yesmail, he led the team that stabilized the Yesmail Professional platform, which is now running at 99.8% scheduled uptime.

Prior to Yesmail, Richard has worked as CTO for Tartan Technology, providing consulting services to large and small businesses to develop and design multi-tier architectures.He also spent considerable time at Wells Fargo as an architect for a large data warehouse and at Oracle, developing new networking and network security products.Prior to this, Richard spent seven years at Xerox in Europe and Palo Alto, CA in research and development creating desktop and server software.

Richard received his BSC in Computer Science from Hatfield University, UK.
