George BalafasGeorge Balafas, Associate, joined North Haven Partners in February 2003.Previously, George was a financial analyst at SG Cowen in the Technology mergers and acquisitions group and the Aerospace & Defense investment banking group.While at SG Cowen, George worked on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and equity offerings.His transaction experience includes a management buyout of National Syndications Inc. from Cross Media Marketing and equity offerings for Northrop Grumman, and Level 3 Communications.George graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Finance.
