   Reggi Balabanov is in her first year as Past President of the B.C. Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils (BCCPAC) after three years as President. She has been actively involved in parent advisory councils since 1991. She is a Certified Management Accountant who has worked in public practice since 1980. Reggi lives in Surrey, B.C., with her husband and two daughters.
