   Terrance J. Baker, Director Mr. Baker has over 16 years experience in the high-tech software and internet markets and has served as a Director to the Company since April 1995. He is currently Vice President of Talent Sourcing at Hire.com where he is responsible for developing Hire.com's strategic initiatives in the electronic recruiting market. He joined Hire.com with the acquisition of Advanced Recruiting Technologies, Inc. where he served as founder and CEO. Previously, Mr. Baker served as President of Reticular Systems where he directed the spin-off of Advanced Recruiting Technologies. Prior to this, he served as President, CEO and Director of Template Graphics Software, Inc., a private software firm focused on the multimedia market including the development of 3D graphics tools and Internet based authoring products. Mr. Baker's experience specific to the software industry has spanned the management of start-up opportunities to executive level positions within large public companies. Mr. Baker was instrumental in the venture backed buyout and formation of TGS from Liant Software Corp. and the significant growth of TGS through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Liant Software, Mr. Baker was a Group Marketing Manager for Computer Associates International, Inc. where he directed global marketing and sales activities spanning a broad product offering. Mr. Baker received a BS degree in Information Systems as well as a MBA degree, specializing in marketing, from San Diego State University.
