Baker (Owner Baker Technology).Deposit for laptops, custom built computers and accessories will not be refunded unless agreed upon in writing at time of order.No return will be honored for laptops, custom built, special ordered computers and accessories unless defective.Items discontinued by manufacturers and without original invoice or receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances.No return will be accepted on software products except exchange of a defective product for a same product within 10 days of purchase.There is a 15% restocking fee for all authorized returns over $100.Refunds will be given within 4 weeks time unless otherwise stated and agreed.
