Marcia Baker, Manager of Instructional Design for The Sanders Group, will present her real life experiences in designing asynchronous on- line training products.
This program will meet the learning needs of beginners and give ideas for those who have experience as well. Marcia will simply be sharing her experience of what works or doesn't work. She will also open the floor up for discussion of other people's experiences in project management of electronic training products.
Marcia has a Masters in instructional design from Florida State University. She studied under Walter Dick, Gagne, and John Keller. She has 20 years experience as an instructional designer. Marcia worked for Arthur Andersen and Company and Eli Lilly and Company and has worked for the last five years for The Sanders Group, a provider of communication and training products.
