   Nawel Bailey: Articling Student (2004)
   
   Nawel graduated from the Faculty of Law, McGill University in 2004 where she obtained a B.C.L and LL.B.
   
   Nawel was awarded the Maurice Goldenberg Scholarship as the most promising student in Constitutional Law, Government or Public Administration at McGill Univerity in Montreal, Quebec.
   
   Nawel has particular interest in advocacy, litigation, arbitration, competition law and regulatory issues in intellectual property. She has worked for the Department of Foreign Affairs on international legal issues and constitutional law, and for a grassroots NGO in Morocco on development and human rights. In her final year at law school, Nawel compete in the annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna where she won second place in the Martin Domke Award for best oral advocate.
   
   She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science from McGill University in 2001.
